As a Corporate Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Overall corporate governance of the entities within the assigned jurisdictions.Conducting meeting of the board of directors and shareholders of the entities within the assigned jurisdictions.Managing the power of attorney process, by receiving requests, obtain approvals, and issuance.Reviewing resolutions, documents and power of attorneys requested by subsidiaries and affiliates.Handling the notarization, apostille, and legalization of documents.Providing in timely manner all corporate information related to assigned jurisdictions as requested by other BH teams.Managing invoicing procedures and workflows to ensure compliance with guidelines. Support with processing invoices, new vendor onboarding, vendor training, billing error resolutions, and serve as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders.Performing additional duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Legal).Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in corporate governance.Professional working proficiency in Spanish language.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to influence others and lead small teams.Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Effective problem identification and solution skills.Proven analytical and organizational ability.
