Corporate HR Generalist
The JBS Corporate HR team is seeking an experienced professional to support the implementation and maintenance of team member relations, onboarding, performance management, benefits, HR compliance, systems, payroll, and learning and development.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and implement weekly new hire orientation, onboarding, and team member exit processes.Maintain the internal corporate organizational structure via Personnel Change Form (PCF) and SAP.Routine HR operations and management to ensure I-9, ADA, LOA/FMLA/FAMLI, EEOC, and OFCCP policy and procedure compliance, among all other federal and state-specific requirements.Serve as the primary HR representative for corporate team members’ leave of absence and benefits.Assist in the resolution of ad hoc team member relations matters.Support team member engagement initiatives. Other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and considers various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
