The Corporate HR Generalist will play a key role in managing the daily HR operations and supporting the corporate communications strategy. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage employee relations, utilize HRIS, and execute communication plans that align with company objectives.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources or similar role. Knowledge about applicable local state and federal employment laws.Ability to operate individually and employing solid decision-making skills. Exceptional interpersonal leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.Ability to build team morale and promote corporate culture.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related topics.

HRIS:

Maintain and update Corporate HR Data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.

Corporate Communications:

Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.Collaborate with various departments to prepare and distribute corporate announcements and newsletters.

Administrative Tasks:

Utilize Microsoft Office to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Property Details
