Location: East Jordan, Michigan (Onsite) SUMMARY The Corporate Human Resources Intern will be a valued member of our team and provide support by participating in projects and activities organized by the Corporate Human Resources Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. + Assist with creating Standard Operating Procedures for Human Resources Processes + Job shadow with the Human Resources Team + Assist with the coordination and execution of the EJ Intern program. + Assist the Corporate Human Resources department with other projects and activities as needed throughout the summer + Promotes the culture, the mission and vision, and the core values of the company. This includes adherence to and promotion of the company safety beliefs, employee engagement, competencies, code of conduct, and other policies and procedures. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
