Corporate & Licensing Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate & Licensing Administrative Assistant to support our corporate team with administrative and licensing-related tasks. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, managing documentation, and assisting with various corporate administrative duties. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a salary between $27-$30 per hour, in addition to a full benefits package that includes:

 

Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 10 accrued vacation days, 4 floating holidays, and 5 sick days This is a hybrid position 

 

Key Responsibilities

Assist with corporate and regulatory licensing applications, renewals, and compliance tracking. Maintain accurate records of corporate and licensing documents, ensuring timely updates. Prepare, review, and submit licensing-related paperwork to regulatory agencies. Research and stay up to date on licensing requirements and changes in regulations. Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Organize and maintain corporate records, contracts, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure smooth licensing processes. Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to licensing and corporate activities. Support the legal or compliance team with audits, filings, and document preparation as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

 

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). 3+ years of experience in administrative support, licensing, compliance, or a related field. Knowledge of corporate governance, business licensing, or regulatory compliance is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a corporate environment.
