Corporate Membership Support Coordinator
Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be in supporting all venues and members through email inquiry responses, troubleshooting technology issues and initiating changes to Platinum Member accounts within 24 hours.Secondary responsibility will be to support in-office special projects for Corporate Sales, as directed by the VP of Sales and Sr. Director of National Events. Special projects to include coordination of team shipping needs and in-person summit and meeting day-of execution of set-up/break-down and meal deliveries.Coordinator will spend additional time managing guest resolution, Platinum account troubleshooting/system navigation and entering and distributing guest leads, initiated via email and phone within 24-48 hours.Coordinator will also be expected to provide administrative support to the National Director of Memberships and the National Membership Sales Manager.Coordinator will spend a portion of time working to Manage our overall CRM Data, Work with Systems team to navigate HRTs and update dashboards, Process Refunds and troubleshoot/research/project manage system glitches and cases.Coordinator role will spend some time on occasion supporting special projects for the Memberships Team on an as-needed basis.Coordinator will spend a portion of their time managing account modifications and supporting renewals through pulling and analyzing usage reporting related to our Corporate Partnership Memberships
