About The Role The Mortgage Loan Post Closer boards loans on to Xperience, prepares and delivers closed loan files and related documentation to investor, and reconciles the purchase of the loan. This is a Corporate position located in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The mid-point for this position is $21.47 + /hour (calculated for /Coeur d' Alene, ID ) All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. Education Required/Preferred Education Level Description Required High School Diploma / GED Experience Required/Preferred Experience Level Description Required 1 year Mortgage Fulfillment Experience. Preferred 1 year Post Closing Experience. Preferred Knowledge Of FHA, VA, USDA, construction and conventional procedures. Preferred Beginner Experience Experience with loan platform software such as Encompass and the ability to learn additional computer applications.
