About The Role Summary Responsible for supporting the activities of the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the Corporate Operations Department and other GBCI departments, as needed. Assists in managing a number of different projects and objectives at one time. Responsible for composing and maintaining detailed documentation to support operational project plans, analytical reports, and processing invoices and returned mail. Arranges and documents meetings/conference calls and general administrative duties. This is a Corporate position and is located in Kalispell, MT. The entry rate for this position is $18.36 + / hour (calculated for Kalispell, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background Description Assists and provides administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer. Receives and processes department invoices for Operations and other GBCI departments as needed. Maintains company intranet content. Monitors facility maintenance, orders supplies, and other general administrative duties. Processes returned mail for corporate and divisions, as received. Supports the Operations Team with various analytical reports, documentation, support services. Monitors GBCI_Operations email. Performs vendor reconciliation quarterly. Works directly with CRP Operations Supervisor on special projects, as needed. Arranges for and hosts events, meetings, conference calls, and assists with department travel arrangements. Takes accurate and thorough minutes for SOC monthly meetings; posting to intranet upon approval from management. Assists with vendor contract execution and maintains contract and department files. Assists with user access, software, and hardware controls and service tickets as requested. Assists with operational projects and mergers/acquisitions. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date. Additional Requirements Travel Occasional travel required: (less than 10 days per year) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities.
