This candidate is responsible for maintaining orders for Home Health in a timely manner. This specialist must possess a great working attitude while exercising accountability and professionalism in a fast-paced atmosphere. This role reports to Revenue Cycle Management.

Responsibilities

Order Tracking and Coordination: Monitor and send orders to different departments, ensuring they reach the correct facility with the appropriate physician information. Follow-up: Ensure all orders are signed correctly by following up with physician offices. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with various teams to ensure orders are processed and sent accurately. Aging Orders: Use software to track aging orders and follow up where necessary. Correcting Signature Errors: Identify and address signature issues, working with the operations team to resolve them. HIPAA Compliance: Maintain privacy and confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations. Communication: Regularly communicate with peers and administration to ensure smooth operations. Other Duties: Assist with other tasks as needed, such as uploading authorizations and delegating claims to billers.
