Day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- drafting and filing of SEC and other regulatory filings

- investment fund management

- monthly reporting to management and portfolio teams

- corporate entity formations and maintenance

- maintenance of corporate records

- deal closing documents and binders
