Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal with 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment. CORES Level II or III accreditation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
Assist lawyers with amalgamations, reorganizations, and amendmentsPrepare corporate and tax resolutionsConduct minute book reviewsRegister, prepare, and file amendments for limited partnerships and limited liability partnershipsPerform various administrative duties as neededQualifications:
Paralegal Diploma or Certificate3-5 years of corporate paralegal experienceCORES Level II or III accreditationFamiliarity with ALF and APPRES is an assetProficient in MS Office
