Description We are in search of a Corporate Paralegal to be a part of our team. Based in San Francisco, California, you will play a crucial role in dealing with commercial transactions and work closely with our legal team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient management of legal processes. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and assist in the management of leasing and finance transactions, including the drafting of corporate authorities and other legal documents. • Work with the legal team across different locations to handle the purchase, sale, lease, and finance of commercial transactions. • Collaborate with other departments such as technical, accounting, finance, and marketing for special projects. • Support organizational leaders with business and administrative responsibilities while maintaining open communication with internal and external parties to manage expectations and meet deadlines. • Assist in managing document management systems, which includes auditing, tracking, reviewing, organizing, and uploading closing documents and other transaction documents. • Take responsibility for organizing and maintaining on-site document storage files, as well as sending out and maintaining off-site document storage files. • Take on the task of creating, organizing, and maintaining corporate records as well as other job-related duties as necessary. Requirements • Must possess strong skills in Document Management, including organizing, storing, and retrieving legal documents as needed. • Demonstrated experience with Entity Formation, including incorporation, LLC formation, and other business entity structures. • Proficiency in preparing and managing Closing Documents for various corporate transactions. • Extensive knowledge and experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Legal Agreements.
