Summary:
Partners with the Corporate Partnerships and Wellness (CPW) Director, under the leadership, to elevate South Florida’s health and wellness impact based upon Memorial Healthcare System's (MHS) goals. Position responsibilities include development, implementation and tracking of strategic direction, programs, tactics, new partnerships and enhanced business relationships, as well as management of direct reports, including the CPW Specialists and CPW Community Representatives.Responsibilities:
Identifies, builds and nurtures relationships to support MHS goals, including forging strong partnerships with key stakeholders, city and municipality leaders, business chambers, potential sponsorship organizations, and strategically aligned agencies across South Florida.Leverages and manages performance tracking tools to accurately measure, report and share outcomes with CPW Director on all the above strategies, tactics and relationships to assess Key Performance Indicator (KPI) success and guide future optimization efforts.Understands the service lines/specific services MHS supports and develops targeted strategies; supports tactics that uphold departmental goals and optimize results.Represents MHS across the Healthcare System in the community and public forums to maximize brand exposure, community engagement and expansion. This includes:@@Leadership responsibility for the service line events and activities in the tri-county area.@@Development of community events and other outreach programs that support system brand building and service line growth and connect consumers with specific health risks/needs to health system physicians, clinical programs and services.@@Partnership with business development directors of assigned service lines to manage and delegate program implementation based on goals of each service line.@@Use of integrated traditional, web, social media and mobile communications tactics to generate awareness, build traffic and measure results.Leads the planning and implementation of special events that meet the objective of MHS (i.e., ribbon cuttings, open houses, executive events). This includes overseeing all operational aspects: registration, participant relations, staffing, time management, trouble-shooting, operations budget, etc.@@Plans, manages and tracks event budgets; forecasts for service line/event activity, and reports processes to achieve goals; evaluates and reports on events performance metrics and ROI to the CPW Director.@@Develops resource planning, project work plans and timelines for events to meet the needs of target audiences.@@Manages relationships with agencies and other third-party vendors relevant to each project or event.@@Collaborates with CPW Director on contract negotiations of partnership sponsorships.Competencies:
