Corporate Pilot

The Corporate Pilot is responsible for all duties associated with managing and flying the corporate jet and ensuring safe transport for company officials, customers, vendors, and other charter guests. This role will provide support for the Chief Pilot, with potential to progress into the Chief Pilot role.  Travel will be mostly focused on the continental US with limited international travel.

Essential Duties:

\n\nAct as assistant to PIC or serve as the PIC of Bombardier Challenger 3500 aircraft on assigned trips – approximately 400 hours annually\nCoordinate with scheduling team members to receive duty assignments and review trip details and requirements\nAssist with flight planning for assigned trips as directed by the PIC\nAssist with aircraft performance calculations and weight and balance calculations as directed by the PIC\nPerform aircraft preflight inspection and preparation\nAssist with weather briefings and Notices to Air Missions review as directed by the PIC\nComplete initial and recurrent aircraft specific training per regulations and other non-aircraft specific training\nAssist with calls as directed by PIC to Airport Fixed Base Operations to verify fulfillment of passenger and aircraft service arrangements.\nModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level\nAssist with the creation and management of the aircraft budget\nEnsure all activities follow rules, regulations, policies, and procedures\nAssist with aircraft management and ensure all scheduled maintenance is completed appropriately\nRepresent company on an executive level when dealing with business associates, officials, and customers\nOther duties as assigned\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\nATP License with AMEL rating\n\n\nChallenger 350 Type Rating; Multiple type ratings a plus\n2000 flight hours, 1000 PIC, 500 multi-engines\nPrior experience in IMC, night, and mountainous terrain operation preferred\nFAA 1st Class Medical certificate\nPrevious corporate experience a plus\nExcellent communication skills\nValid US Passport required\nAble to ability to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis\nMust be willing to relocate to the Phoenix area\nMust be flexible and willing to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays\n\n
