You.

We are looking for an Associate Director to join our Corporate team. As an Associate Director, you'll be working across one of our biggest clients globally, bringing seasoned corporate reputation expertise with a strong sustainability lens to support European and Global clients with business continuity, crisis, issues, scenario planning and summits. Please note – this is not a media relations role.

What you'll do:

Clients: Serve as a strategic trusted client advisor through the delivery of outstanding end to end client experience with a focus on sustainability Strategic Execution: Proactively offer and implement new ways to meet client needs through a deep understanding of Ketchum’s capabilities, including industry and specialty offerings and complementary businesses within the OMC network Business Development: Act as a key player in hunting incremental and new business opportunities People Focus: Grow and retain talent by providing formal/informal feedback and coaching to line reports and junior team members. Support and communicate clear, progressive direction. Financial Acumen: Oversee and supervise financials and client budgets. Develop accurate budgets, fee estimates, out of pocket expenses, etc.

What we're looking for:

PR Expertise: Prior agency experience in brand reputation, business continuity and scenario planning with a sustainability lens, with experience of handling senior clients and experts in this space. Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment, partnering with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to drive success. Passion for DE&I: You understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion and are eager to contribute to a workplace where everyone's voice is heard and valued, playing a pivotal role in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Innovation Mindset: You keep up with emerging trends in social media, influencer marketing, and media relations, applying them creatively to your strategies. Leadership Excellence: Strong leadership skills with gravitas to liaise with senior stakeholders with credibility on all matters relating to sustainability
