You.

We are hiring for a strategic and results-driven Associate Director to lead the enterprise technology side of a huge tech client , while also serving as the day-to-day lead on a key data centre company client. This role is ideal for a seasoned PR professional with deep enterprise technology experience, capable of shaping and executing high-impact B2B campaigns, strengthening client relationships, and driving business growth.

What you'll do:

Clients: Act as the day-to-day lead for our client’s enterprise PR activity, working closely with senior client stakeholders to drive impactful storytelling, as well as lead communications for a key data center client, positioning them as a leader in cloud, AI, and digital infrastructure. Strategic Execution: Develop B2B and enterprise tech-focused PR campaigns that align with the client’s business objectives and the evolving enterprise technology landscape, providing strategic direction on crisis communications and issues management, ensuring proactive risk mitigation. Business Development: Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities across the enterprise and data centre client accounts, and lead and contribute to new business pitches, leveraging deep enterprise tech expertise to win high-value accounts. People Focus: Oversee account team members, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Financial Acumen: Manage financial oversight, ensuring efficiency in budget allocation and resource planning.

What we're looking for:

PR Expertise: Strong PR and media relations expertise, with proven success securing top-tier enterprise and technology coverage, along with deep knowledge of enterprise technology trends, including AI, cloud computing, digital transformation, and data security. Sector Knowledge: Well-connected in technology and business media, with established relationships across key outlets. Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment, partnering with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to drive success. Passion for DE&I: You understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion and are eager to contribute to a workplace where everyone's voice is heard and valued, playing a pivotal role in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Innovation Mindset: You keep up with emerging trends in social media, influencer marketing, and media relations, applying them creatively to your strategies. Leadership Excellence: Experience managing high-profile B2B client relationships, including C-suite engagement.
