As the Corporate Project Manager, you'll not only oversee renovations and construction projects but also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our enterprise. This is your chance to combine your passion for hospitality with your expertise in design, procurement, and construction.

Starting Salary: $110K

This is a fully remote role but will need to travel to the site projects.

What you will be doing:

Oversees major renovation projects including but not limited to the design, procurement, and construction activities related to completing PIP’s (Property Improvement Plans); 

Coordinate with Brand Representatives to ensure renovation and PIP scope is completed in accordance with brand and quality standards. 

Oversee and direct capital expenditures with the capital strategy program for the company’s managed properties and other assets where the company has asset management responsibilities consistent with the planning and design goals and standards approved by ownership. 

Directs contractors and vendors to complete projects on time and within budget. 

Utilizes systems to monitor project performance against the approved budget, project schedules and established quality control standards. 

Maintain all capital records in an organized and sustainable process, such that the warranty and past pricing needs of the properties may be readily fulfilled. 

Oversees coordination of each project to ensure the construction process reflects the input of the owner, manager and appropriate department heads to optimize product performance, guest impact and life cycle cost. 

Assist in the development and implementation of design and construction standards to ensure projects are executed at appropriate levels of quality and satisfy brand and owner investment strategies. 

Ensures effective and appropriate communication is maintained between the management company, property, brand partners and third-party vendors. 

Assist in the annual development of the 10 Year Capital Plan to satisfy owner investment and product development strategies to meet brand requirements for license renewal, standard changes and life safety. 

Manage a work and interactions with vendors in accordance with Atrium’s Core Values 

Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position

Experience Required:

5+ years of experience managing the solicitation, contracting, procuring and permitting phases of product improvement and new build construction projects in the hotel sector or like industry.Strong knowledge of National Hotel Brands product positioning requirements and future brand standard strategies as it relates to their design & technology improvements for brand families such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Starwood

Technology:
