Are you a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of scheduling principles and construction processes?  If so, Morgan Corp. is seeking a Corporate Project Scheduler to join our team.   This person will play a critical role in the company by working closely with Division Managers, Estimators, and Project Teams to provide detailed controls related to the cost and/or scheduling of projects.  

Responsibilities:

Lead all activities with respect to controls, planning and scheduling. Support preconstruction and project leadership with review of client schedules, adherence to specifications for schedule creation, support for creation, maintenance and closeout of our schedules. The Corporate Project Scheduler should be very proficient in scheduling and able to teach others how to schedule. Assist Project Managers and the project team in effectively and proactively managing projects to ensure project success and timeliness. Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of internal control and scheduling processes. Identify and assess best practices and opportunities for standardization across all divisions. Develop standardized cost control and scheduling procedures for future projects. Ensure the quality, timeliness and consistency of project controls produced by each Division. Provide trainings, resources, and support, as necessary. Participate in weekly project cost reviews/schedule meetings, as well as client meetings as necessary. At project completion, gather and report information necessary to provide historical record of project performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or related field 5+ years of planning experience Knowledge of job cost accounting preferred Extensive experience with Primavera P6 and resource loaded scheduling
