Manage all external registration requirements and communication with external bodies on all matters relating to registration.Facilitate systems, reporting and goal measurement to ensure achievement of customer requirements and support continued business partnerships.Support effective implementation of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) phases, including development and maintenance of FMEAs and PPAP submissions for all locations.Lead and mentor operations on the corporate corrective action requirements to ensure timely and effective resolution of internal nonconformance, customer complaints & supplier nonconformance.Provide leadership in continuous improvement efforts in cross functional teams for quality, engineering, and production to reduce process variation and eliminate waste.Lead and support the development and maintenance of quality standards and requirements for products and supporting systems.Responsible for process effectiveness and the integrity of the quality system processes (i.e., quality management system operating procedures, document and record control requirements, site training, and corrective and preventive action process).Manage and lead the plant lead auditors for quality system audits and process audits, ensuring all customers product/system requirements are obtained, understood, communicated, and effectively implemented.

Work Experience requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of work experience – developing and implementing corporate quality management systems, metrics, and operational/process risk assessments in the automotive industryStrategic audit planning and execution including customer specific supplier requirementsCoordinator of 3rd party corporate management system auditsProven leadership and experience coordinating cross-functional management for business operating system implementation and improvement
