Job Title: Corporate Quality Manager
Job Description

As a Corporate Quality Manager, you will lead the Quality Manual writing to reflect the requirements of all applicable GFSI schemes and group requirements. You will interact with various departments and locations to manage information flow and document control, including supplier approval programs, external audits, complaint management, CAPAs, and CARs. You will audit HACCP, GMPs, and all other PRPs, ensuring traceability and conducting mock recalls by QMS system verification. Collaborating with R&D, you will create, update, and maintain product specifications, and organize management review processes for QMS programs and policies.

ResponsibilitiesLead Quality Manual writing to meet GFSI schemes and group requirements.Manage information flow and document control for supplier approval programs, external audits, and complaint management.Regularly audit HACCP, GMPs, and other PRPs, ensuring traceability and conducting mock recalls.Collaborate with R&D to create, update, and maintain product specifications.Organize and schedule meetings for QMS program review processes, updating policies and programs as necessary.Ensure effective use of the QMS program and submit updates to the QHSE Director for approval.Essential SkillsExperience with quality management systems such as BRC or SQF.Advanced knowledge of MS Office, LIMS, and adaptability to new software programs.Expertise in statistical data analysis and the ability to correlate data.HACCP certification and BRC or SQF certification with at least 2 years of experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in dairy quality and safety management.Bachelor's degree in food science or a related field.Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with consumer panels and sensory programs.Proficiency in writing reports, conducting employee training, and delivering corporate presentations.Working knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations.Work Environment

This role requires working on-site for 3 days and remotely for 2 days. The position involves up to 15% travel to other plants. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
