As a CRE Professional - Meeting Planning and Events, your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring seamless event execution and effective facility management. You will plan and coordinate small to mid-level events, and partner with internal and external partners to determine event goals, objectives and final event logistics. Furthermore, you will assist with the planning and coordination of large-scale events with the events manager at both headquarter locations and make decisions related to event logistics in partnership with building operations, catering, security, and audio visual. Your duties will consist of coordinating with multiple leadership levels to execute their event visions and meet their needs while also developing and implementing service standards for internal and external vendor partners. Responsibilities will, oversight of scheduled events, coordinating planning meetings, partnering with Building Operations & Security to proactively identify and resolve issues, and managing conferencing services. Additionally, you will oversee reporting weekly and monthly metrics to management to determine room usage and future space needs. Lastly, the importance of your work will be to maintain flexibility in traveling to and working from other Target corporate locations as needed and working a variety of shifts to support events.

About You:
4-5 years Business and/or Meeting Planning Experience.
Strong communication, collaboration and facilitation skills that can be tailored to varying audiences and leadership levels.
Outstanding customer service orientation.
Maintains high levels of independence and self-direction. This person must be self-motivated, organized, and able to take the initiative on his/her own.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to interact with all levels of team members within the corporation.
Ability to prioritize workload.
Intuitive and problem-solving skills.
Proficient PC skills especially in scheduling tools and database management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional including Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint and PowerPoint.
Requirement to be in office at least 4 days a week
The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location.
