Overview

Highgate is looking for an additional associate to be part of the Highgate Corporate Office. The Corporate Receptionist / Administrative Assistant plays a key role as administrative support to the senior leadership in the corporate New York office and is responsible for clerical, administrative, and other duties to assist in the smooth operation of the overall office. This role is at the heart of our organization, creating a warm and inviting front office experience while ensuring seamless daily operations. 

Responsibilities Answer multi-line telephone system, screen and direct calls in accordance with Highgate Standards.Take and relay messagesGreet persons entering organizationDirect guests to correct destinationGeneral administrative and clerical supportTyping, filing, faxingNotify proper personnel of overnight deliveriesMaintain conference room calendarsMaintain company extension listTidy and maintain reception area and conference roomsProficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Qualifications High School diplomaReceptionist, Administrative experience is a plusKnowledge of administrative and clerical proceduresKnowledge of computers and relevant software applicationsMaintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous manner.Must be able to multitask and prioritize.Detail oriented.Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.Must be able to show initiative.Perform other duties as requested by management.

Salary: $75,000 plus benefits.
