Job Summary The Corporate Recruiter works with the Sr. Director, HR Operations in developing strategies to identify and increase diversity candidate representation across all open positions within Transfusion and Transplant to meet/exceed OFCCP goals. Responsible for full life-cycle talent acquisition, recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) to fill positions timely and cost effectively with the best qualified candidates. Ensures all talent acquisition activities are compliant with federal/state/local regulations. Coordinate with search firms for difficult to fill positions. Oversee third party agency handling contingent staffing needs. Key Accountabilities · Assist in developing strategies to identify and increase diverse candidate representation through on-going outreach agency relationships and job postings. · Track metrics related to diversity outreach activities and adjust strategies based on · results. · Initiate job requisitions through iCIMS, obtaining the needed approvals to execute the process. · Provide life cycle recruiting and maintain company Recruiting/Applicant Tracking System to maximize the efficiency of the recruiting process and ensure compliance related to candidate se-lection. · Coordinate with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting process for each position, develop pre-screening questions for position(s). · Screen resumes and credentials for necessary skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements, interview candidates, make recommendations for hire (or not hire), process offer letters, investigations and drug tests, and maintain Applicant Tracking System database for each step in the recruiting process. · Ensure each candidate's talent acquisition experience is positive, regardless of the outcome of the hiring decision. · Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as company career website, LinkedIn.com, etc., career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract qualified candidates. · Act as liaison with employment agencies and agency search firms as needed. · Maintain and promote employee referral program. Coordinate payments with payroll. · Manage internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer confirmation letters, etc. · Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure audit readiness and compliance. · Participate with leadership in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies. · Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate. · Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. Recommend new sources to identify candidates. · Aid Company branding efforts to establish a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally. Additional Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in laboratory and/or medical device manufacturing industry. · Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Communications or related business discipline · Strong knowledge of full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence E· Med Tech and/or Blood Banking experience a plus. · Knowledge and experience of applicant tracking systems, iCIMS experience preferred · Solid attendance history, with strong written and verbal communication skills along with sound judgment; common sense skills a must About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
