The Corporate Recruiter is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building positive candidate relationships. This position is responsible for developing and executing the recruiting strategy for Hoar Construction by sourcing and placing top talent in locations across the organization to support the company’s strategic growth. In this role you may be required to travel up to 15% of the time.

Excellent project and program management experience4-7 years of life-cycle recruitingConstruction recruiting experience is a plus ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidate pipelines Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research. MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Physical Demands and Working Environment:
