Adecco is hiring immediately for a Corporate Recruiter role with a local client in Phoenix, AZ. Pay is $50 - $60/hr. Contract role up to 18 months. Duties: · Acquiring the best-suited talent to meet the resourcing needs of the organization. You will be the talent advisor for internal recruitment needs using talent market analysis, talent insights, and innovative sourcing techniques. · You will work closely with a variety of business stakeholders to forecast workforce plans. This role will support all facets of the organization with an emphasis on technical and highly skilled roles throughout headquarters and field operations. · Source, screen, interview and prepare a diverse candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline. · Consult with management on strategic and current staffing needs; help management identify hiring priorities and ensure timely hiring for open positions. · Create and maintain recruiting reports that show forecasting and recruiting metrics. · Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management anticipating business fluctuations and future openings. · Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company. · Participate in process improvement and work to implement automation, best practices, and other strategies to ensure a best-in-class recruiting process. · Partner effectively with peers and cross-functional partners while understanding their unique needs. · Facilitate strong partnerships with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Qualifications: · Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience. · 4-7 years of corporate recruiting filing roles across all departments including information technology, data analytics, and finance. · ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates. · Experience utilizing metrics to measure impact and achievement of defined service levels. · Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships. · Experience utilizing talent market data and talent insights to influence and advise hiring teams. · Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. · Experience communicating and partnering with Managing Director and Executive level staff.
