Become part of a team:

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters located in downtown Phoenix, AZ. This position will focus on hiring for a variety of departments based at the corporate office. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of full cycle recruiting, working with different hiring managers, and experience hiring for entry to senior level position.

Daily tasks include:

Work directly with department managers to fulfill their hiring needsSource candidates in a variety of waysDevelop relationships with hiring managersScreen and interview candidates for open positionsExtend offers, background checks, and drug screensRepresent the recruiting department at external eventsAssist with new hire onboarding and orientation

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years full cycle recruiting experienceMust be results orientatedHave a proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets and staying focused on qualityHave the ability to think outside the box and be innovative in sourcing and finding candidatesExperience in Workday is a plusStays abreast of recruiting best practices and technology changesMust have excellent communication and presentation skillsPrevious experience interviewing requiredMust have a positive attitude and exhibit high professionalism

Preferred:

Technical Recruiting experience preferred but not required.
