Job Title: Corporate RecruiterResponsibilities
+ Develop strategies to identify and increase diverse candidate representation through ongoing outreach, agency relationships, and job postings.
+ Track metrics related to diversity outreach activities and adjust strategies based on results.
+ Initiate job requisitions through iCIMS and obtain necessary approvals.
+ Provide full lifecycle recruiting and maintain the company Recruiting/Applicant Tracking System.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the best recruiting process for each position.
+ Develop pre-screening questions for positions.
+ Screen resumes and credentials for necessary skills, experience, and knowledge.
+ Interview candidates, make recommendations for hire, process offer letters, background checks, and drug tests.
+ Ensure a positive talent acquisition experience for each candidate.
+ Utilize traditional and nontraditional resources such as company career websites, career fairs, online job fairs, and community network events to identify and attract qualified candidates.
+ Act as a liaison with employment agencies and search firms as needed.
+ Maintain and promote the employee referral program and coordinate payments with payroll.
+ Manage the internal transfer process, including screening and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
+ Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, and recruiting activities for audit readiness and compliance.
+ Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies with leadership.
Essential Skills
+ Full cycle recruiting experience
+ Recruiting and talent acquisition expertise
+ Human resources knowledge
+ Technical recruiting skills
+ Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly iCIMS
+ Strong reporting skills, especially in Excel
+ Experience in the medical device or laboratory industry
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to problem solve and think creatively
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the laboratory and/or medical device manufacturing industry
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related business discipline
+ Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, and relationship management
+ Life Sciences background is a plus
+ Solid attendance history
+ Sound judgment and common sense skills
Work Environment
This position involves working 8 hours per day in a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Occasional travel may be required to attend job fairs locally or nationally.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00
