JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our candidates, developing strong relationships with key hiring managers, understanding business staffing needs, and delivering top-tier talent. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage expectations, and provide strategic hiring insights will be crucial to your success. The onsite position will be based at our global headquarters in Latham, NY.
YOU ARE
An experienced Corporate Recruiter – you have strong knowledge of talent sourcing tools (LinkedIn, HireEZ, or recruiting AI platforms) and understand how to proactively develop robust talent pipelines for a variety of roles. You thrive on filling positions with high-quality talent and function with a sense of urgency. Understanding the hiring needs of the business and the impact certain roles will have on the organization is part of your approach to recruiting.
An action-oriented individual – You have a proven track record as a detail-oriented, well-organized Corporate Recruiter who consistently follows through on filling job vacancies. You practice regular communications with candidates to ensure they have a positive recruiting experience, and you can balance expectations of job seekers and hiring managers. Maintaining close communication with hiring managers during the recruitment process will be pivotal to ensuring job vacancies are filled in a efficient and timely manner.
A collaborator and effective communicator – Using strong verbal and written communications, you can sell candidates on PIP career opportunities and ensure hiring managers have a high-quality slate of qualified candidates to select during the recruitment process. You also work well with fellow HR team members and compliment the relationships HR Business Partners and HR leaders are building with the business.
Detail oriented – Following the hiring process consistently to ensure we have accurate information on job seekers, candidates and incoming new hires. Maintain weekly reporting rhythm closely with the Senior Director, Global Talent and North America HR Business Partner team. Talent metrics help provide transparency on our ability to acquire talent for a variety of positions.
A trusted advisor - You are expected to be offering guidance on talent acquisition trends, salary benchmarks and hiring best practices. You maintain consistent alignment with hiring managers to ensure successful recruitment outcomes occur on all positions assigned to you. Building trust with active job candidates by providing feedback and updates about the recruitment process will be critical in maintaining excellent candidate care.
REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
+ Proven experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, preferably within a corporate Talent Acquisition team.
+ Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and execution of talent acquisition strategies.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple hiring manager relationships and recruiting priorities effectively.
+ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), talent sourcing tools and job boards.
+ A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
