Our client, a professional organization in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a temporary on-site Contract Recruiter to support their team!

About the Job:

Full life-cycle recruitment for open roles across programs and business functions.Partner with leaders and develop and execute strategy.Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.Facilitate the process through to offer delivery, negotiation, and on-boarding.Complete additional tasks as needed.

About You:

3+ years of experience as a full cycle recruiter.A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.Proficient in MS Office Products; Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS, and/or Ceridian ATS strongly preferred.Possess an understanding of HR policies/procedures.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).Possess good judgment to handle sensitive and confidential matters.

About the Position:
