Your Responsibilities on the Team 

Consultative Talent Acquisition: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices. Collaborate to develop tailored recruitment strategies for each role.AI-Enhanced Candidate Engagement: Utilize AI technology and cutting-edge tools to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates proactively.Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and attract top-tier candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels.Candidate-Centric Approach: Deliver extraordinary service throughout the recruitment journey with transparent communication, timely updates, and personalized interactions.Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial requisition creation, to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and skills evaluations, ensuring alignment with Lennar's culture and job requirements.Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor insights to make informed recommendations to hiring teams.Employer Branding: Enhance Lennar's employer brand by promoting our unique culture and career opportunities and participating in branding initiatives and events.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the recruitment process continually.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring top talent preferred.Strong consultative skills for building relationships and effective collaboration.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and customer experiences.Knowledge of the homebuilding or real estate industry is a plus.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.
