Our client, a trade association in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary to permanent Corporate Relations Administrative Coordinator to support their team!
About the Job:
Manage calendars, coordinate team meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Prepare and edit deliverables and presentations.Respond to emails and prepare correspondence (i.e., letters, agendas, itineraries, and reports).Assist with managing department budgets; code and submit invoices and track expenses.Handle mailing campaigns, conduct research, and complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.About You:
2+ years of administrative and/or program support; a bachelor's degree is required.Salesforce familiarity is preferred; Proficiency in MS Office Products (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is required.Proactive with excellent time management and interpersonal skills.Self-starter with strong professionalism and a high level of confidentiality.About the Position:
