Corporate Sales Co-Op 2025

The objective of the Student Programs at Nexteer Automotive is to select students with high potential and provide them with "real world" work experiences. Work assignments expose students to many of the company’s products, processes and procedures. Assignments are designed to assimilate acquired classroom education with actual hands-on work experience in a technical environment. In addition, Nexteer Automotive gains the opportunity to find new talent to enhance productivity while providing students exposure to full-time career opportunities.

 

This role will be joining the Enterprise Alignment, Strategic Planning & Performance group within the Nexteer Global Sales Organization.  This group has a global focus and works cross-functionally with many different countries and functions within Nexteer to accomplish goals and complete projects.   The student will be working directly with Finance, Sales, Engineering and Purchasing to complete the monthly tasks and reporting out various analysis.  This role will focus on vehicle volume analysis, global pricing consolidation and other Sales related projects.

 

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The individual filling this position at any given time may assist with:

Perform ad-hoc analysis to support sales initiatives and decision-making processes. Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations. Collaborate with the sales team to understand their analytical needs and provide actionable insights. Maintain and update sales databases and dashboards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Requirements:

Candidate must be attending a 2-year college or 4-year university local to Saginaw, MI Candidate must be able to work onsite in Saginaw, MI Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’ Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline Ability to work onsite, 20 - 32 hours per week during the school year Ability to work up to 40 hours per week when school is not in session Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0 on a 4.0 scale Must maintain full time credits (12 credit hours) fall and winter semesters Candidate expected to work onsite a few days a week with the possibility of some work being completed remotely Candidate must be able to work in the US without current or future sponsorship
