GENERAL JOB DUTIES

Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site. Heavy foot traffic location – looking for officer engagement and responsiveness with employees. Control access (entrance and exit) to client site or facility through the admittance process. Patrols, on foot to inspect building and grounds. High level of observation skills. Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and management. Observe, report, and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity. Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.)

At least 18 years of age Reliable means of communication and transportation Legal right to work in the United States Ability to effectively speak, read and write English High school diploma or G.E.D. Requires a 2nd interview

Experience for Lobby and Mobile Positions: Additional experience needed for SOC and Shift Supervisors. 

Customer service: 2 years (Required) 1 year security experience (Required) Front desk or concierge experience a plus!
