Description About The Role The American Arbitration Association is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our office operations, handling mail processing, office services, and administrative support that keeps our organization running smoothly. This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable administrative skills in a professional corporate environment while working at our office located in Manhattan. Compensation & Benefits + Salary Range: $45,000 - $51,000 per year + Quarterly Incentive: Target of 7.5% of base pay + Location: New York, NY, fully on-site Key Responsibilities + Process, distribute, and track all incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier deliveries. + Sort, scan, date stamp, and upload incoming mail following department protocols. + Operate mail equipment for folding, inserting, and metering outbound mail. + Create shipping labels and handle various mail classes. + Deliver and collect mail and packages throughout the office. + Operate printing and binding equipment to fulfill job requests. + Maintain cleanliness of office common areas and conference rooms. + Manage pantry supplies and beverage dispensers. + Perform general office tasks, including answering phones, setting up meeting rooms, and monitoring the ticket system. + Serve as substitute receptionist when needed. Required Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of related office/clerical experience + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new applications. + Knowledge of mail operations and postal regulations. + Familiarity with processing domestic and international FedEx shipments. + Ability to operate office machinery and equipment. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent communication and customer service orientation. + Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. + Results-oriented work ethic with problem-solving initiative. + Personal accountability, integrity, and confidentiality. + Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally.
