Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

Reports to:
Disciplinary: Head – Plant HR, HSE- ZFWP Coimbatore
Functional: Head – Same as above

Purpose of the job:
Developing, planning, and executing initiatives in line with the company’s community development efforts/ CSR initiatives. To work closely with various internal and external stakeholder to drive and manage activities that will contribute towards building a caring and inclusive culture within the company.

Your Tasks:

Developing and executing CSR programs, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness. Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders Working with marketing and other teams to drive internal engagement and promote employer branding Driving budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives/ policy of the Company

Principal Working Relationship:

Internal contacts: Internal CSR Committee, Board of Directors, Finance/ Accounting, Company Secretary, ZFWPA Corporate Legal and ZF India Private Limited, Pune External contacts: Interaction with Consultants, Service Providers, NGO’s, Public Officials, Statutory Authorities, Interaction with Internal/ Statutory Auditors and other governmental agencies. Direct reporting to: Head – Plant HR, HSE- ZFWP Coimbatore

Your Profile:

Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), and best practices for CSR will be an advantage. Strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and civic leaders, as well as program beneficiaries. Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to desired results. Seek out, understand and incorporate feedback from the underserved communities we want to serve. Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials tailored for the audience Education: Any bachelor’s degree + MBA/MSW. Years of relevant experience: 7+ years’ experience in handling corporate social responsibility matters and Liaisoning with public officials/ NGOs and other Government Authorities
