Trinity Industries is seeking a dedicated Summer Intern to join our team and assist in researching ways to enhance our social responsibility standing, with a particular focus on employee engagement, health, and overall experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that impact our workforce and community.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on best practices for improving social responsibility within the company. Analyze data and trends related to employee engagement, health, and experience. Develop and propose innovative strategies to enhance our social responsibility initiatives. Collaborate with team members to implement and evaluate these strategies. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or early graduate degree in Social Responsibility, Employee Relations, Public Policy, or a related field. Skills: Advanced interpersonal skills, creativity with purpose, and the ability to think and work analytically when required. Additional Attributes: Strong research capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for social responsibility and employee well-being.
