Position Summary
This role will be responsible for supporting the global initiatives that advance our social responsibility strategy, including employee volunteerism, Foundation grantmaking, corporate giving, employee giving, and disaster relief.

Supervisor: Corporate Social Responsibility Manager
Essential Functions
+ Assist the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager in daily activities that promote and enhance our social responsibility programs, aligning with Parker’s engagement strategy.
+ Support the development of materials for presentations and reports to the Board of Directors, Foundation Board of Trustees, and senior leadership team regarding social responsibility strategies and initiatives.
+ Facilitate global social responsibility activation teams by organizing training sessions, connecting them to program resources, and providing general support.
+ Develop and maintain resources such as training videos, guidelines, work instructions, and other tools to support the worldwide activation of social responsibility programs.
+ Oversee internal and external communication channels to enhance awareness of social responsibility programs and encourage employee engagement.
+ Manage workflows, processes, grant applications, transactions, and payments within our global social responsibility system.
+ Monitor all activities within the social responsibility system to ensure data integrity for both internal and external reporting.
+ Research and track industry trends and best practices to inform and improve our social responsibility initiatives.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Three or more years of experience in Human Resources or Communications.
+ Preferred experience in supporting nonprofit organizations or Corporate Social Responsibility role.
+ Some travel required.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
+ Demonstrated ability to work in a highly decentralized organization.
+ Highly organized with strong project management skills.
+ Experience developing and presenting recommendations.
+ Strong oral and written communications skills.
+ Strong knowledge of MS office applications.
