**Job Title** Corporate Solutions Manager **Job Description Summary** The Corporate Solutions Manager serves as the primary contact for subject matter expertise, system enhancement requests, issue resolution, and stakeholder management for Payroll functions within and integrated with the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. **Job Description** **Job Description Summary** The Corporate Solutions Manager serves as the primary contact for subject matter expertise, system enhancement requests, issue resolution, and stakeholder management for Payroll functions within and integrated with the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities: · Payroll Leadership: Design and implement payroll solutions in Workday and other systems to address break fixes and enhancement requests in accordance with stakeholder requirements. · Project Management: Oversee technical responsibilities to ensure large projects, third-party implementations, and mergers & acquisitions are completed on time and adhere to established procedures. Lead coordination of various teams, manage resources, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery. · Stakeholder Engagement: Understand stakeholder needs and Workday usage to provide innovative process or system improvements. · Cross-Functional Coordination: Function as a liaison with technology, finance, operations, and business stakeholders regarding process design, data integrity, and security requirements. · Lifecycle Management: Oversee the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation for Business as Usual and project work. · Issue Resolution: Ensure break fixes, monthly releases, and project work follow defined prioritization, release, and governance structures. · Platform Optimization: Drive platform optimization through analysis and adoption of new functionalities, identify system improvement opportunities and provide actionable enhancement recommendations. · Vendor Management: Assist in managing vendor relationships to monitor performance, address issues, and ensure compliance with our contracts, organizational policies, and standards. · Release Review: Guide stakeholders through biannual Workday release reviews to assess impact of available features and plan enhancement roadmaps as needed. · Documentation: Document the impact of configuration changes on business processes for audits and to inform stakeholders, maintain change log and design documentation for lessons learned reviews and post-implementation support. · Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis to determine action plans for break fixes, including impacted employees, users, or data clean-up. · Support Liaison: Provide tier 2 support and escalation and coordinate with Workday support for tier 3 issue resolution and defect management. · Release Management: Oversee release management and change request activities, ensuring smooth and timely deployment of updates. · Team Management: Lead and develop a team of one or more direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. **Role Purpose:** This hands-on role involves partnering with Regional HR Systems and Payroll Leads, as well as collaborating closely with internal HR Leadership stakeholders and their teams. The Corporate Solutions Manager provides essential systems support and drives continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing overall efficiency. **Core Responsibilities:** · Lead Solution Architects in the design, configuration, and implementation of global systems. Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. · Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, focusing on process design, road map development, and thorough process documentation. · Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing priorities while consistently meeting established deadlines. Maintain flexibility in dynamic environments, effectively manage shifting demands without compromising on quality or timeliness. · Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively in geographically and culturally diverse environments. Manage information securely and responsibly, maintaining privacy and integrity. **Knowledge & Experience:** · 3-5 years of project leadership experience, with a comprehensive understanding of Workday and payroll systems, and a proven ability to manage and deliver complex implementations. · 3-5 years of experience in managing direct reports, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback, with a proven ability to develop and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. · 3-5 years of experience in driving change management initiatives and leading teams through transitions, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new processes. · Operational experience in HR, Project Management, and HRIS is highly advantageous. **Skills:** **Technical** · Workday certification preferred · Advanced skills in Microsoft suite of tools, Smartsheet, and other data management, organization, and reporting tools **Soft** · Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and swiftly resolve issues, address concerns, while maintaining a high standard of quality. · Ability to foster clear and open dialogue with employees and management at all levels. · Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders and translate technical jargon into business requirements. · Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively balance multiple responsibilities while focusing on high priority work. · Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. · Ability to navigate, thrive, and adapt in ambiguous situations · Ability to develop and nurture talent Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
