As a Corporate Strategy Associate within J.P. Morgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our most important strategic initiatives. You will be involved in mission-critical initiatives and projects to resolve diverse problems identified by senior leaders at the bank. Your responsibilities will include developing growth strategies, assessing and planning new market entry or new product development, evaluating partnerships and inorganic investments, as well as designing operating models. You will also have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge topics at the frontier of financial services. As a Strategy Associate, your role will be pivotal in connecting the dots across our businesses and functions, ensuring that we bring the best solutions to our clients.

Bachelor's degree2+ years experience within either a premier management consulting firm, an investment banking (M&A, Coverage, Capital Markets, Equity Research) division, or another internal Strategy groupAn outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (verbal and written), work well in cross-functional teamsInterpersonal leadership and influencing skillsExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsProficiency using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
