**Corporate Strategy Consultant**
The Corporate Strategy Consultant is within the Corporate Strategy Team, responsible for shaping and executing key strategic initiatives that drive enterprise-wide impact. This role combines strategic thinking, business acumen, and financial expertise to deliver innovative solutions, supporting the company’s long-term goals. Acting as a leader across cross-functional teams, the consultant will develop comprehensive business plans, champion change management, and collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Strategic Program Management Office, portfolio leaders, Finance, and executive leadership. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, seamless communication across all levels, and the ability to execute effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Strategic Planning: Lead the development of corporate strategic plans, ensuring alignment with Finance and the Strategic Program Management team.
+ Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of strategic projects, including financial forecasting, headcount planning, and compliance with audit and control procedures.
+ Communication: Develop and deliver impactful communications on behalf of Strategy Leadership to diverse audiences.
+ Long-Term Strategy: Build and execute long-term strategic models, identifying and implementing key initiatives to support future growth.
+ Business Case Development: Create and manage business cases, along with measurement frameworks to evaluate individual initiatives and portfolio-wide efforts.
Qualifications
Required:
+ Proven experience in strategy development and project management.
+ Background in the financial services industry.
+ Expertise in developing business cases, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and performing market/industry research.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
+ Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Track record of managing executive relationships and aligning cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
+ Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead teams, work independently, and adapt in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and write effectively for executive audiences.
