Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner- Hybrid

This position is hybrid working out of our beautiful corporate office in Newton, MA, three days per week.
As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you will be the primary source of talent acquisition strategy and will be accountable for driving all aspects of full lifecycle recruiting processes including planning, sourcing, screening, selecting and hiring exempt and non-exempt talent across corporate functions. In this role, you will build relationships with internal partners and external organizations to stay up to date on current trends in talent acquisition.

**Responsibilities**
+ Match candidate profiles to roles, screen for availability, interest, and qualifications
+ Partner with managers, HR, and TA operations to address immediate and forecasted hiring needs, developing and implementing creative TA sourcing and recruiting plans
+ Source talent using job boards, social media, cold calling, job fairs, networking, and community organizations
+ Engage current employees as “ambassadors” for the Bright Horizons employer brand through referrals and social media
+ Maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and community organizations
+ Communicate timely and appropriately with all internal stakeholders and candidates
+ Ensure all searches and engagement strategies comply with Bright Horizons policies and employment laws
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred but will consider equivalent experience
+ Required 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a high-volume dispersed model or search firm environment
+ Required 3 years of Technology experience including ATS, CRM, and relevant social platforms
**Additional Job Requirements:**
+ 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches preferred
+ Experience in a complex environment, including managing and prioritizing multiple searches against a range of profiles
+ Experience acting as a talent advisor through leveraging data, consulting and influencing skills, and application of business knowledge
+ Experience recruiting for various corporate functions, with an emphasis on technical recruiting
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
+ Outstanding customer service skills and ability to communicate the culture and philosophy of Bright Horizons to internal and external customers
