Corporate Talent Acquisition Supervisor
This position is approved to be remote but the successful candidate will have an option to work on-site or in a hybrid capacity if desired. This role requires travel throughout the year for various business meetings and functions. This position offers a base salary range of $76,512 - $127,520 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance. OVERVIEW Responsible for the strategy and execution of all recruiting activities within an assigned group of corporate departments and select field operations. Primarily responsible for recruiting top talent for open roles. Additional duties include coaching and developing team members and providing project leadership to talent acquisition initiatives. Interfaces with and influences a wide variety of service providers, technology vendors, teammates, and internal stakeholders to drive a sense of urgency to deliver talent solutions in a highly competitive retail and corporate environment. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) Maximize the development of internal talent through regular performance coaching, performance reviews and presenting developmental opportunities while presenting a positive culture. Align recruiting objectives to the strategic goals of the department. Prioritize workload for team members to ensure critical roles are filled in a timely fashion. Remove barriers and solve problems to drive productivity. Track and monitor recruiting data and metrics such as applicant flow, time-to-fill and source of hire to track team performance. Serve as a full cycle recruiter for key positions by utilizing internet sources and identifying, establishing and maintain community resources that will produce qualified candidate. Work with a variety of technology, software and recruiting vendors to support overall talent acquisition strategy. Develop regular communications and presentations to keep employees and leadership informed of changes, updates and best practices related to recruitment. Plan and manage projects on the talent acquisition team of varying sizes. Inspire and engage direct reports to create innovative solutions that drive and support the business. QUALIFICATIONS (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required Master’s degree preferred Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in areas of talent acquisition, recruiting and sourcing, knowledge and application of employment law required.
