The Position: The Corporate Talent Advisor will partner with corporate leaders to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the company to deliver the best talent. The Corporate Recruiter will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going hiring manager relationships all while having FUN doing it! As a Corporate Recruiter on our team you will epitomize the definition of a head hunter.

 

Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-regional organizationPartner with Corporate Leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiativesCreate and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekersWork with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against job profileDevelop strong relationships and partner with corporate leaders and HRWork closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting processTrack and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activityRegular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment processActively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projectsDevelop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches= Qualifications

Education & Experience:

5+ years recruiting experienceBachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experienceiCIMS Software experience preferred 

Ultimate Software experience a plus

Tech-savvy; comfortable learning and utilizing new technology and platforms

Discretion in dealing with confidential information

Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong time management skills

Proficiency using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams highly preferred

Physical Requirements:

May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to read documents, computer screens and dataMust be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computerMay occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 poundsMust be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per weekThe office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions Company Information
