**Corporate Tax Professional** We are currently seeking a **Corporate Tax Professional** to join our dynamic Jefferson Wells tax team. This is a primarily remote Direct Hire position, and an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in working with a team of seasoned tax professionals and one requiring a hands-on approach in the areas of Tax Compliance and Provision. **Responsibilities:** + Prepare and review **Federal, State, and Local tax returns** . + Assist with **tax audits** and respond to tax notices. + Prepare **tax provisions** in accordance with ASC 740. + Utilize **OneSource Income Tax and Corptax** software for tax compliance and provision tasks. + Use **advanced Excel skills** for data analysis and reporting. **Qualifications:** + **Bachelor’s degree in accounting** is **required.** + **CPA or Masters in Tax** is preferred.
