Description I am recruiting a Corporate Tax Senior to join our client's team in Santa Monica, California. In this role, you will be tasked with tax-related responsibilities, including the preparation of tax returns and financial documents and conducting financial analysis to identify potential deductions and credits. You will also be required to stay current with tax laws and regulations, provide guidance to other team members, and manage special projects as required. Responsibilities: • Prepare and submit local, state, and federal tax returns in accordance with specified tax deadlines. • Prepare and maintain tax-related financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, and general ledger accounts. • Conduct financial analysis to identify potential tax deductions and credits. • Stay updated on current tax laws, regulations, and financial concepts. • Provide guidance and direction to other members of the Finance team when needed. • Manage and complete special projects as required.
