Essential Responsibilities

Facilitate training for owners and managers Conduct team member training for restaurant openings Establish open lines of communication with franchise owners and managers and be able to provide performance feedback on training participants Continually improve training methods, materials and delivery Order training materials and supplies Assist with Company initiatives and provide operational support when needed Operate within the established department budget

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Effective written and oral communication skills Excellent organization skills Ability to multitask Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel and Outlook Knowledge of Photoshop and e-learning authoring software is a plus Ability to quickly learn and master new computer software Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time Must be able to demonstrate the Chicken Salad Chick culture Must be comfortable presenting material in both a classroom and in-restaurant environment

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Previous restaurant management experience desired Franchise company experience a plus

Physical Demands

Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects Must be able to stand for long periods of time and exert well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday Must be able to work and perform all duties at any station in the kitchen or service area
