Your work environment at EXP
In this role as Corporate Travel Manager + Office Administrator, you’ll need to be a strategic thinker, knowledgeable about corporate travel best practices and policies and monitor travel activities and programs. You will be the go-to person for any relevant matters regarding business travel and ensuring travel safety and adherence to corporate travel policies as well as the go-to person for office-related requests.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
Develop strategic policies and programs for corporate travel Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers Provide advice on travel documents, insurance and all aspects of corporate travel Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures Drive continuous improvement of travel programs Maintaining relationships with building management and liaison with building management on facilities requests, building communication and general office upkeep Manage office emergency and evacuation practices Lead the new hire badging processes Manage vendor relationships such as document destruction, bottled water delivery, etc.
What your experience looks like
Proven experience as a corporate travel manager and / or experience in the travel industry Office management experience Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies Knowledge of T&E reporting and processing Working knowledge of MS Office and CTM/GDS solutions Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills Well-organized and reliable with an analytical mind with strong business acumen Customer-oriented approach#LI-JH1
