Our client, a leading autonomous vehicle company, As a Corporate Travel & Transportation Administrator, you will be part of the Operations team supporting corporate travel and transportation programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Corporate Travel & Transportation Administrator
**Location:** Foster City, CA
**Pay Range:** $40-45/h + Benefits
**What's the Job?**
+ Understand, communicate, and execute corporate travel policy for all travel reservations.
+ Assist Executive Assistants and employees with travel reservations on an as-needed basis.
+ Manage and maintain employee access to the company’s travel booking tool.
+ Monitor the location of traveling employees and notify them of any travel advisories.
+ Manage the company’s transportation and commuter benefits program, including shuttles and valet services.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, serving as an admin for a corporate travel program.
+ Understanding of complex airline fare class structures and upgrade processes.
+ Knowledge of hotel loyalty programs such as Hilton Honors, Marriott Bonvoy, and IHG brands.
+ Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel for data analysis purposes.
+ Ability to work collaboratively and assertively across various departments.
