We are looking for a Corporate Treasury Intern to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to Treasury Manager and based in San Jose, CA.  This is a fully on-site, in office role.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

Cash Forecasting Automation:

Assist in automating the company’s cash forecasting model using tools such as Excel VBA, Power BI, Python, or other automation software.

Work with internal stakeholders to integrate forecasting inputs from different business units.

Support the transition from manual forecasting to a data-driven approach.

Insurance Renewal Support:

Gather and analyze financial and operational data required for annual insurance renewal.

Assist in preparing reports and documentation for insurance brokers and underwriters.

Support risk assessment and premium negotiation processes.

Working Capital Dashboard Development/Enhancement:

Assist in developing the working capital dashboard by integrating various data sources.

Work with fp&a and accounting teams to ensure accurate receivables, payables, and cash conversion cycle metrics reporting.

Support data visualization improvements using Tableau.

 

Skills and Experience:  

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Must be a junior or senior graduating by Summer 2026.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, VBA), Power BI, Tableau, or Python for automation.

Basic knowledge of corporate treasury functions, including cash management, working capital, and insurance.

Ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple departments.

Prior experience or coursework in financial modeling, automation, or risk management is a plus.

This internship program is from June to August 2025
