Corporate Treasury Operations Senior Analyst
This Middle Office Lead Analyst Role directly supports Corporate Treasury Operations/CitiMortgage Trade Operations. Successful candidate will primarily be responsible for supporting CMI trade operations, including swaps, swaptions, futures and other derivatives as well as mortgage backed security products. We partner extensively with a range of internal stakeholders including Front Office Sales and Trading Desks, Compliance, Legal, Finance and HR; alongside having significant interaction with our external client base, playing a key role in the overall client experience. We have a client relationship group, dedicated to overseeing the Organizational service performance and strategic partnership for our top tier client base, where we play a key role in supporting our global clients to ensure they have a first-class experience when doing business with Citi. Our Business Intelligence and Process Re-engineering group works alongside our Operations teams delivering automation solutions to solve for operational challenges. We partner with Citi’s innovation labs to drive optimization, and overall play a pivotal role in enabling us to transform to achieve our target operating model. Our Technology partners develop and implement a wide range of applications that support the Operations, Change, Design, and Implementation groups in providing innovative products and solutions. We work closely with our external global peers, partners, and regulators, and play an integral part in leading an agenda at the forefront to optimize and streamline processes and drive strategy across our industry. **Responsibilities:** + Ensure timely and accurate trade entry for all products executed by North American G10 Rates Sales teams + Collaborate with sales and trading desks to confirm trade details, mitigating any discrepancies on market timing, pricing, and trade details for best execution + Develop understanding of derivatives products and the lifecycle of trades + Perform daily reporting using various models in Excel to confirm notional, price and values of client trades + Partner with technology to identify inefficiencies and implement methods for trade entry innovation **Qualifications:** + 2-5 years of experience in a related role + Demonstrated success solving problems proactively + Proven ability to quickly understand and critically assess complex processes + High degree of accuracy and attention to detail + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication + Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Operations - Transaction Services ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Securities and Derivatives Processing ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** 5800 SOUTH CORPORATE PLACE ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $74,160.00 - $111,240.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
